As for getting another one. I have to say, when I lost my Presley in January I knew in my heart it was going to be a while before I was ready to get another baby. We'd had Presley for over 17 years and I wanted some time. Well, what do I know, we couldn't even go a week before we got Ripley. We were so lonely for him. I have to say I do not regret getting her so soon after Presley's passing, because she has really helped us with our grieving process. You can't be sad with a little puppy around. She really has eased the pain in our hearts. We still miss our beautiful boy. But, Ripley has already wormed her way into our hearts. |
