I have a several-page section in my Appt. Book every year where I chart every dosage of all medications, including the date and time and route it was given to Tibbe and have kept the log since I've had him. Without charting, I think I would forget past times and so forth. It's always with me wherever I go. When he's ill or out of sorts, I also chart his symptoms such as avoiding food, loose stool or vomiting and their date and time there also.
