Most rescues are gonna require the dogs you have now have to be fixed. Also if money is a problem another dog might not be in the cards for you right now because all dogs will need at least yearly check ups, and blood work at the least. Then there are dentals and surgeries for emergencies and other conditions. Also some rescues depending on where they came from may require a lot of time and or special trainers and such.
