You really need to find the right antibiotic and stop trying various ones, it's likely making the problem worse. One of the ways you get c-diff is from antibiotics, they kill the good bacteria in your gut and the bad bacteria (such as c-diff) takes over.
So continuely using the wrong antibiotics is killing the good bacteria and contributing to antibiotic resistance.

I'd ask your vet to check his blood counts and ask about putting him on a probiotic.

I'd trust the ladies on here, especially those involved with rescues, they have a lot of experience with sick dogs.

I will ask my vet about this, thank you .

lol, I NEVER SAID I DIDN’T TRUST ALL THE INFO THEY GAVE ME. What I said is that I have taken everything recommended, suggested, advised into consideration, but in the end I will make my own decision, I am not a “follower” I read, I listen, if I am in 100% in agreement with a members post and IF I decide to follow what is / was recommended that then becomes MY DECISION, if it fails then I have only me to blame for the failure. WHAT I SAID WAS, I am sticking with my vet, when my vet looks me in the eye and tells me she has done all that she can do, and IF Cody still has colitis I am SURE my vet will refer me to a specialist. I have NEVER had a dog this sick to cross that bridge, She has treated 3 of my yorkies since 1984, always cured them, BUT, they were not medically neglected for 13 months,. There MAY be a bridge to cross, there may not be. I just have to wait. And if waiting is considered “dragging my heels” then so be it, BUT that will be my decision.they have a lot of experience with sick dogs.

Yes blood work was done, I have done a LOT of research on Colitis, Continuous use of antibiotics are not good, cannot remember entire article, he was given antibiotics when I first took him in (Nov. 13)

I also put up another thread “colitis vs. tap water toxic” on that thread I posted what a nutritionist I found on the internet recommended. Thank you for you response and your advise. I am ignoring NO ONES ADVISE, RECOMMENDATIONS, SUGGESTIONS, EXPERANCES I have then all tucked away in my head,
