Well, this one is mine. It is of a sea turle, my best friend and I got one after we passed bootcamp. It was so painful and I'll never do it again. I had wanted to stop, but I didn't want it to look stupid with a halfway finished tatoo. Some advice I have for you... Make sure it's meaningful-something all about you. Don't do it because someone else is doing it or told you to do it. It has to be all about you or you might regret it. My husband has 5 tats and we won't do names because he believes it curses the relationship, which is probably true. We don't need to label our men, it's part of trust. He did get a huge tatoo of our son on his back though.
I don't recommend the wedding ring one. You have to be realistic. Knock on wood-what if something bad does happen in the marriage? A couple weeks you were ready to call it quits. My friend has a tat of a frog on her and she hates it everytime she looks at it because it reminds her of her ex because it was his nickname. So get something that means alot to you.
