A lot of good advice. I do not have a weight problem but I have always done portion control. As I got older it was harder to maintain my weight so I started exercising 8 years ago. I do a Zumba class 2 times a week and try and walk 4 miles 2 days a week.
I would enlist your Mom's help and maybe a visit to your doctor to come up with a good healthy way to lose the weight. Maybe you can bring your lunch a couple days a week too. Good luck! |
