I hate drinking water too and we all know how important it is for our bodies to have it. I get my daily water intake thru drinking coffee but I wouldn't suggest that for the OP. But now a day they have so many flavor additives that you can add to your water like Neo and Crystal Light. Some but not all are calorie/sugar free.

I'm 48 and at my heaviest I was 192 at 5.4" and went up and down every few months. Boy do I love to eat, I use to clean the dinner plates by eating a lot of it as I cleared the table. I always have even as I young girl growing up but it wasn't until my late 20s when that habit became an issue and my weight started to bloom. From my 20s I had two children and never lost the weight. So now in my 40s I finally decided that I had had enough of the yo yo effect with my weight and was going to loose weight. I cut out chocolate which was a huge part of my daily diet and replaced it with granola and healthy snack bars and use portion control when it came to meals. I had a small breakfast, I cut out lunch all together and than had half the portion during dinner and in no time the lbs started to drop. Now three years later I am at my lowest weight since before my first child was born almost 21 yrs ago. I am now 162 which is a huge loss for me since I was once close to 200 myself. I like to say that after 21 yrs I have finally lost my baby weight . .

Ps. I still sneak a few chocolate every now and than. I keep a stash during those need to have moments during the month.

I wish you luck, just remember to set small weight goals and not to get down if you don't loos a lot at first. That not always the healthiest thing to do. It takes time, patience and most of all dedication.
