In my experience up to a year normally sooner and than sometimes those canines still do not fall out on their own. If not they will need to be cut out, which will mean putting your pup under anesthesia. I opted to have it done during a spay surgery in order to prevent my pup from have to go under anesthesia twice and to save money.
