Default General time frame for house training

Good evening friends!
I know every breed and every dog are different. That being said, is there a general idea of when it's realistic to expect a yorkie to housetrain? at 5 months, we've been at it for a while, and doing fairly well at crating when he's not supervised, but he still has accidents almost daily. It was usually pooping, not peeing, yet recently it's been peeing. I bring him out atleast every 30 minutes when he's out with me, and it feels like I spend most of my day outside with him. He also still barks to go out around 5am, 5:30am, 6am, until I get up for the day with him. I'm just curious if this is excessive, as I'm not sure if he needs to pee really all that often or if it's "marking." He lifts his leg 90% of the time, always has. And the accidents are almost always in the 5 seconds my eyes aren't on him so I often don't catch him in the act, it's almost like he waits until I'm not watching him. Also he finally "decended" over the last couple weeks, if that makes a difference... I try keeping him in the crate more often but he just has absolute fits when he's not tired enough to sleep.
Thanks for any and all replies!
