Poor Shelby - looks totally innocent to me! Well, except for the bit of kitty litter right there on the perfect little nose - but we all know kitty litter just flies around and lands all over - even on the innocent - and doesn't mean at all that Shelby was playing or digging or sniffing of in the litterbox. Not at all! I think Shelby is right to feel indignant. A Yorkie can't be blamed for kitty litter that just happens to be on one's nose, however incriminating it looks on the face of it!
