I was actually looking at get one of these for Teddy...something that won't irritate his underarms as much. Toki has a Puppia vest harness that she too can slip out of by pulling her self backwards...we only use it at the dog park so I can easily spot her in the trees. The size of her vest seems right for Teddy and he doesn't slip out of it (mostly because he never pulls backward I imagine) but I was looking at the other Puppia harnesses that might be more secure. Can you post a link or model to the over-the-head one you have? There are a couple on their website and I have no idea which would be best to get.
