I have buddy belts for the girls to wear normally (well, will be getting one from Kristen soon for my Lilah

I have a cheaper mesh fabric harness for Lilah to wear when it's raining, we are playing near the lake etc.......one that can get wet and I don't care if it gets ruined.
But I need one for my papillon. Was looking at the Puppia maybe....but get the regular one or the vest?
Any other suggestions?
