I just figured this out & I'm pretty tech-ignorant:
Go to the first post you want to quote. Hit the Multi-quote icon ("+)which is just to the R of "quote".
Now go to the next post & hit multi quote on that one too.
Now go to the next, & let's say that's the last post you want to quote. Hit "quote" (not multi quote) and you're done. Now you can add your comments in between the posts.
