My 12 week Boncuk is the same. When we get home he is very hyper. He runs fast from room to room and fallows me everywhere. I always have to look to see where he is so I don't step on him. He's our only dog and is alone all day so I think he has lots of built up energy.
It's cold here and still snowing so he can't go out for walks yet.
