Oscar was brought to Operation Kindness as a stray. He's a friendly 1 1/2 year old purebred Yorkshire Terrier. Oscar is very playful and loves to be cuddled. He came in very matted and had to be shaved down(we named him Oscar because his overgrown bangs made him look like Oscar the grouch). He didn't really enjoy his day of pampering and was a bit nippy- he will probably need an experienced owner to help him over come his nervousness around baths and brushes and people messing with his face. Oscar is a typical yorkie, sweet and stubborn and just the right mix of playful and calm. He would do best with older kids who know how to handle small dogs. He should be available Weds at Operation Kindness.
