Default Puppy Barking

Everything I have read says to not response to the barking but wait until she is quiet even if only for a less than a minute, then you can respond. In a situation where you rent and puppy keeps barking, I probably would haul her crate and keep it in the room I am in. I use an exercise folding pen and it is not that hard to fold and haul to the room I'm going to stay in. Also what I did was arrange my activities to where I could remain in one room for some time. Then when you are moving around house you could try the method where you put her on a leash and tie her to your belt. That way you can always keep a careful eye on her.
