Gizmo is fine after 10- 15 minutes if I leave home. It's when someone is holding him when I'm around. He's okay for the first few seconds of saying hello and then it's like he feels they are going to take him away. That is the part my son's friend was referring to then it got me thinking. i don't think he has separation anxiety because when I leave him in the morning he whines for a few minutes, as a matter of fact he didn't even whine this morning at all. I have a puppy cam so I can see and hear him on my phone and on my computer at work.
My conclusion is.... Gizmo is fine and just loves me a lot and that's just fine with me.
If my worst problem is that he doesn't want to be held by someone else for too long, then I'm lucky!
