YES, as of several years ago distemper singles were available. Used once on Ellie when this same thing happened. Vet had to order a box (more than one dose). Maybe that is the problem.
By the way, after boosting Ellie her distemper titer was low (borderline) again the year after. Never gave it again. Protective levels are likely lower than what the lab sets as minimum.
