Keegan wears homemade belly bands 24/7 except on walks. To give him a little break from that, I've bought several cute infant bodysuit/onesie type outfits (some with long sleeves, some with pantlegs, also, but that takes some altering.) There's a "shield" shaped urinary incontinence pad for men that I use in those, rather than the poise/depends pads I tailor for use in his belly bands. The shield shape helps prevent his missing the target. If an outfit is a little wide on him, I may put a loose/stretchy belly band on the outside of it like a weight belt for added security. He doesn't seem to mind and even asks to have his "diaper" attended to sometimes.
