 Is it true that dogs view hugging as aggressive dominating behavior?
I don't know where I heard this, but it doesn't seem to apply to Cookie; she loves to jump up in my arms and let me hold and hug her. My last yorkie Minnie didn't like it too much though. Just wondering since I thought of that fact a second ago when Cookie jumped up on my lap to be held.
