I have had a weight problem my entire life.....I have LIVED on a diet since I was a teenager. The short, quick answer to your problem is you need to expend more calories than you take in. That means counting calories of everything you put into your mouth, and then stepping up your exercise routine to burn calories off. You will need to determine how many calories you can allot yourself daily, and you do not go over that number of calories. It always helped me to eat 5 small meals per day....my last "meal" of the day is before 6pm (a piece of chicken or fish, salad, fruit), and I always have my protein smoothie for a bedtime snack (easily digested, and keeps me from getting hungry during the night) Eating protein packed meals will keep you feeling full......eat more veggies and fruit, drink plenty of water/fluids, and devbelop some kind of exercise routine you enjoy, so you will want to keep it up! Good luck with your adventure!
