The only suggestion I have is to exercise if you can and find some kind of program that appeals to you like Weight Watchers or TOPS to give you some emotional support and nutrition advice. I am a lifetime member of Weight Watchers and find it's probably one of the most successful programs I know of. It can be a little expensive, I think the meetings are around $13 a week but you get so much out of going to a weekly meeting and being accountable when you weigh in every week.
