WESTIE NEEDS HELP URGENT PLEASE READ [19 Apr 2005|11:42pm]
Please Read about this little dog. I have already reported him to the west highland terrier club whom have contacts with rescue workers. This little purebred, healthy, 10 month old Westie is going to be KILLED in NINE days. He needs to be adopted NOW. There is simply not enough room at the shelter where he is located. Get him out please. Anyone who works for rescues or who wants a perfect pet. I think he is adorable. Hell, I want him myself but I have no way of traveling to Nevada to get him. His rescue fee is ONLY 17 dollars! TRUST ME that is cheap! All the other small breed rescues ive seen go for 400-600 dollars. He is purebred anad not even a year old. He is in good health. Doesn't he deserve a chance?

At first i thought his name was dewey based on the email adress "friends of dewey" but this dog does not even have a name. He is simply a number. And he will be eliminated to make room for new dogs if he is not taken out of the shelter IMMEDIATELY.

I found your website earlier this week when i was reading about westies. Tonight while looking for a westie to adopt I found Dewey on petfinder. I can't bear to think someone will kill him. He is just too perfect. His rescue fee is only $17. If no room or home for dewey can be aranged I would be interested if transportation could be arranged somehow. Dewey deserves a chance. He will be killed in 9 days. Please don't let that happen."
