Well the hyper part is normal my 8 month old sushi practically runs up the walls, she's up and down form the couch at least 100 times a day. As for the bitting if you aquired him sooner than 12 weeks from the breeder, they need to stay with mother till 12 weeks to learn from mom to stop bitting. I have heard people having severe chewing and nipping problems from getting puppies before 12 weeks. You need to teach them stop and no. When they stop give a treat the sooner you nip this in the butt the better, in the long run. I usually tell mines quit it and she listens well because she wants a cookie in exchange. Mines loves this little ball they sell like at petsmart we fill it with peanut butter and freeze it and she plays with it for hours. Keeps her occupied. Good luck
