Cody is only 2 y/o just a baby, he has so many more years ahead of him. He was tossed to the curb by prev. owners, that LOVED HIM DEEPLY, for what reason, (which could be 3 that I know of) my heart is ripped out that could surrender this awesome lil pup. Depending on the area, drinking water can have a number of chemical additives including chlorine, fluoride, aluminum, and more. None are good, but a 'reason' will be offered for each...should a person choose to just believe and not fact check.
