That's funny, because as was said before, there is no such thing. There are insecticides that kill heartworms and their eggs. There is no medicine on earth that will prevent them.

Don't bunch me together with idiots who don't use heartworm control, period. That is not what I said, and if you think it is, then you need to take up reading comprehension.

Heartworm disease is a real threat. But in this country it's managed by overpoisoning dogs. If you choose to do that with your pet, just remember that you are responsible for it.
