I think you are doing the right thing.

If you can not afford a c-section for her, how would you be able to afford the care of her after the pup is born, as well as the pup itself? Sometimes after a c-section, moms won't take to the pup immediately and you have to step in with formula, and feed every 2-3 hours, which is exhausting, and can be expensive. And emergency c-sections are more expensive and you face the same risks.

If you can not care for your girl and a pup, have her spayed. Now. Don't wait.
