#1 - How much exercise is she getting? Jackson can get whinier with lack of exercise. But usually a firm 'go lay down' will do the trick. How old is she? Jackson went through this very annoying phase around 7 months - 1 year old where he just... didn't want to sleep. It was horrible. But I would recommend teaching her to 'go lay down' or some kind of calm command.

#2 - No jumping.
#3- Teach a solid 'leave it'. I would use a clicker. Here is another video to explain.
