I wanted a tattoo on my foot, but the tattoo artist was honest and said that your feet get so sweaty that it'd eventually look like a blob. I was thinking that hands get really sweaty too, so I'm not sure.
Also, this is just my opinion, but everything's always lovey dovey after one of those "Come to Jesus" talks. I'd hold off on the tattoo for a little while. You don't have to jump into it just yet.
