If you don't have much Money I would look into humaine sociaty clinic. Call your local shelter and ask if they can direct you to a low cost spay and neuter clinic. I know they have one near my home that charges $45.00 us dollars. But some that can be free look into it and call around. Hopefully you wount have to pay a arm and a leg for both. I saw you live in Africa and don't know if it similar to the states.
