[QUOTE=margaritaville;4401926]Clostridium Difficile in Dogs
The reason I bring up the subject of c diff (clostridium difficile) when you mentioned Sandy is that during the hurricane the sewers and treatment facilities were flooded. Leaving homes that were flooded, streets and beaches in our area contaminated. Iam a nurse and see c diff often since it is easily transferred. The symptoms you describe fit the description.

so that I can give my vet more info. on clostridium difficile, how can it be transferred. I am sure my vet knows this answer, but I do not. I need to be as knowledgeable as possible to help with getting this lil boy cured, also in another post you wrote "c diff which is extremely difficult to get rid of." so now I need to ask, in dogs, is there a cure if this is what it is. I need to tell something else, but I loose so many of my replies and have to start all over again lol, so I am going to tell on your other post.
