There's def a pocket of bubble that pops out when he barks. It's about 1 1/2- 2" in diameter (maybe smaller but I exaggerate everything in my mind, dramatic that way
)...kinda like how a frog's throat expands when it ribbits. Leave it up to Turbo to have another weird affliction!
Ok, vet office just called as I was typing this, they said Turbo needs to be seen.
