I'm glad he checked out fine with the vet. We use piddle pads, and Teddy pees on them for attention/rewards, so it hard to say how often he would really need to go. Max probably pees every 3 - 4 hours, and more often after something exciting like playing fetch or having the doorbell ring.

I do recall our previous dogs, especially our Cockapoo, needing to go more frequently as they aged. Both dogs required medication for incontinence in their senior years. They were girls though, and I think this is more common in girls.
