As far as the flea control.... They say that its safe for pups but if you really want it ask your vet first
If there are no fleas right now and your pup has no contact with other dogs I'd hold off on it for awhile
As far as over eating ... Yes pups will eat until they burst
So a good rule if thumb is about is a little less than a half a fist size for a meal
The rambunctousness is all part of being Yorkie
It tends to calm down as they are getting older
If you need to stop your pup make a loud noise .. Clap or use a while
It will get his attention long enough for you to redirect him
