The one thing that jumped out at me this morning while reading your recent posts is that she is dropping food out of her mouth. Maybe it is her teeth. Sometimes there are issues under the gum line that a vet would not see. Does your vet do dental xrays? If not, I would suggest going to one that does...perhaps your vet knows someone.

Other than that, I would also tend to think of the things that Wylie's Mom mentioned, IBD, etc. You have been treating symptoms for a while now....personally I would be wanting to do more to find out what the cause is so that it can be treated/managed. I recently was encouraging a friend of mine to take her pup to a specialist because he was having stomach issues and was losing weight. She thought like you...that her vet was doing the right thing and would refer if needed. Sometimes they miss things...they are human. She one day went in and her vet was not there so she saw her partner....he sent a GI panel to A&M and found out this pup has EPI. He is now on pancreatic enzymes and starting to put weight back on. My point? That sometimes things can be missed...I really encourage you to make an appt with an internal med specialist....or at least another pair of eyes.
