Gosh, I'd be rather worried if she's been trying to climb that gate and now is having trouble w/ her back legs AND is not eating -- to me, it sounds like she may have really hurt herself by getting her legs caught and then possibly twisted as she fell back down. I would def palpate her legs all over and move them around to see if there are sore spots/tenderness.
