Can she file a lawsuit against you? Sure, anyone can file anything they want, but can she win ? Not if your story is true, as the truth always wins. I would not let her intimidate you like that. You can threaten her with harassment especially after your emotional situation she has made you go through. I would fight fire with fire with an person such as this. |
Sunnydayz post is 100% accurate, you are speaking from your experience, not just spreading lies, can she sue you for defamation of character, yes, will she win NO, as Sunnydayz posted you as a consumer are speaking of YOUR EXPERANCE, as long as you are telling the truth it is NOT SLANDER, your telling of the truth MAY be hurting her business, if it is good, she should be STOPPED. She is a BULLY and I am sure has scared other ppl into not talking against her. If what you say is the truth, you are BY LAW, are allowed you tell of your experience, it is NOT SLANDER nor defamation of character, Don't let this woman scare you into NOT TELLING THE TRUTH to as many ppl as you can reach.
