This also happened to my Quincy. But my dogs have so many odd bumps and lumps (cysts) its just crazy. Vet says they are harmless but they just keep getting bigger and multiplying. Makes it really hard to groom them. I've accidently cut one with the clippers. There was this other one that started out being a bump and with time had the waxy stuff on it and the bump seems to be empty now but is still there.


Strange and mysterious in deed but as long as those nasty unhealthy, cancerous ones stay away I'm fine with it.
