When my mom went to pick up Callie's thyroid medicine and then Sammy's Ct medicine Friday they I guess started this new thing called a filling fee for $11.00 does anyone else's vet do this? Sammy's medicine is pretty expensive so my mom likes to get it monthly rather then every three months like I do with Callie but wow $11 more seems like a lot! I normally love my vet but I plan to ask about it this Friday because Callie needs to go in anyway. My grandmother is also a bit pissed because we spend so much time and money there. How should I go about bringing this up I don't wanna sound like a b**** or anything.
