wellll, they tell me he is... he is in the photo gallery... He is HUGE, he is almost 12 pounds and has REALLY BIG ears... there is no way he could have "up" ears. I love him just the way he is, no matter what... I have 3 other pups and he fits in just perfect and wore his Mardi Gras beads this weekend with such class!
