You can find bellybands on ebay pretty cheap. I would reconsider studding him out. If you do that, I can guarantee he will pee even more. He is marking his territory and if he has had a female he will do this 1 million times more! I'm not big on the idea of neutering (I live in the country, have a fenced in yard and he never gets out of my sight), only for health reasons. But, on the other hand, if you live in a city type area and breed him he will try to get out and find a girl all the time.
