Has he been fixed yet? You could go ahead and put those procedures together if you plan to have him neutered. I would go ahead and get them removed either way though, especially if you're having trouble keeping them clean. Both Teddy and Toki had upper canines that wouldn't budge and were impossible for me to keep clean even with regular brushing.
