I used to give Toki antlers and she really loved them. I stopped them though (along with Himalayan chews) because I got freaked out about choking and tooth chipping (she really goes at things and is too aggressive of a chewer for "smaller" and hard chews like that)...I'd also find blood on the antlers from her mouth which was not okay with me. I'd maybe consider giving one to Teddy because he is a nibbler and not an aggressive/powerful chewer but you really have to weigh the risks. Maybe the split antlers that have more of the "soft" marrow exposed might be a better choice as well as getting a larger one that your pup can't wrap their jaws around and try to bite through with?
In terms of chews these days, I pretty much do sweet potato chews and maybe an occasional fish skin as well as Nylabones though. Although both of my pups would probably prefer antlers, they really enjoy the Nylabones (which I feel are safer) and chew on them everyday
