I bathe mine once a week. My 2 year old could use it before the week is up, but the puppy can do fine with one time a week. So far this has been fine, we have never had a problem with dry skin or flaking. The little one hasn't gotten the hang of all this yet (she is 16 weeks old). We are still not crazy about the water or the dryer. Big sister hates her face washed but is good about everything else. I take the older one to the groomer, she hates to have her nails clipped so I gave up and went back to let them handle that. I am so far grooming little girl myself with my husbands assistance. I plan to do this until she atleast gets a little older, maybe forever if it continues to work out.
