Benji is a very lucky boy to have found his way into your heart and home. He will adjust in time and with patience. He will probably follow the lead of your other doggies.
Having a daily routine of activities: sleeping, meals, brief play sessions/training, is comforting to dogs. The training -- doing sits and other little tricks for a kibble and praise -- helps them feel accomplished. When the weather is better, then you can move to outdoor activities and find out what he enjoys. Best wishes!
