I live near you. I'm in Anaheim. I also have seen the 14 yr old lost yorkie poster for weeks now. I am so sad for that family.
I am very happy Oscar found you. It always breaks my heart when I see a stray. When I was a kid my brother and I always cleaned the house really well when we wanted to keep a cat. Maybe your wife will come around eventually.
We go to the Garden Grove Dog and Cat Hospital. Very good staff and fair prices. If you just need shots and cheaper neuter go to the Humane Society down the street.
