I've used this - bought from Jenny - (who actually said I might find it in a store and save shipping costs from her, which was great, but I would've bought from her anyhow because she's been so helpful for this grooming newbie) - it just works - and it's so nice not to have to put Shelby through the process twice (once for shampoo, once for conditioner) - she's great with the bath but doesn't like it - so happy to meet her halfway.
After the usual puppy burrito (e.g., wrapping her with a towel), brushing, detangling, and lots of praise and treats, Shelby's coat is just gorgeous using this product (and it smells nice) - it just kinda "floats" on the legs and drapes beautifully off her back. And I took 10 minutes out of her "OMG I hate being soaked" time.
Oh, and the detangling and brushing goes really fast.
