At least we are used to the cold, if not the ones we are having this winter, but temps like that for you will be horrid. I'm sure Tibbe is done in a minute and running back in as fast as his little feet will move.
You bundle up and stay warm, the last thing you need to do is catch a cold or get frost bite.
Second thought not many bugs could live this weather but one can get frost bite within minutes.
