Welcome to the Forum.
Our Yorkies are basically very clean guys. Puppies grow into that as time passes, and temptations are eliminated. Each time you find an "accident", clean and de-scent (with a spray or wipe) the area, and leave a few Treats in that location. He'll start associating that place with a Living Area, rather than a Potty Area. He's plenty old enough to be taken outside in the cold for a short period, and will understand it's just temporary after a few trips.
Puppies and some older Dogs like to "hold" on to us, some learn to use their paws, but most use their mouths. That's what he's trying to do when he jumps and bites. Sometimes a gruff NO or yelp from you can divert that, but it still doesn't satisfy his need for the physical connection. Try holding a single finger out for him to hold in his mouth. I know his teeth are a little sharp right now, but try not to jerk you hand back if he gets a little too much pressure on your finger. Just do vocals to temper his level down. I use a light Leather Glove for training my pups, but, that's in preparation for a protective mode for their safety at a later point. However, it does permit a rougher level of play, without injury if you'd like to try that.
I have two Kennels (crates) but only use them for Medical Isolation, Transportation or a Jail. I restrict my puppies with Gates to Linoleum Floor areas, until they are Potty Trained, then they have access to all areas 24/7.
Allowing him to sleep in bed with you is common place, and given that I depend on my guys for alerting (barking) should there be a reason, gives me considerable piece of mind, knowing they are right there with me, hear, smell and see infinitely better than me, and are light sleepers as well.
About being spoiled...
Umm, you're going to get as many opinions as to what that takes, as there are Users on this Forum. My guys get kisses, hugs, squeezes, cuddling, petting, vigorous rubs. They're lavished with Treats, taken out for exercise daily (sometimes twice) Groomed regularly and have the best Medical Care available. They have three types of Food (beef/sea/foul) out for them 24/7, water in and outside, and access to a very secure area outside, via a Doggy Door. Have their own individual day (nap) beds on BOTH floors of the house, have Rain and Cold Weather clothing, and, some costuming like for Halloween and Christmas.
But naa, I don't think they're spoiled
