So is this the 1st time he's had canned food? Then a little soft poo is perfectly normal. Their stomach needs to get used to the new food. It also depends on what kind it was, if it was those all meat 95-99% meat kind for supplemental feeding. Those tend to be higher in fat & protein content.
I always test w/a teaspoon, to see how they do, a tablespoon might have been too much for the 1st time. |
